For Trackable Shipping Services: You’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep. With those real-time updates from our shipping partner, you’ll know exactly where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. If there are any unexpected delays along the way, our shipping partner will keep you in the loop. Delayed orders usually show up within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.
For Non-trackable Envelope Service: With this option, you won’t get these live tracking updates once your order leaves our warehouse. That means we cannot guarantee specific delivery time frames. While most non-trackable orders arrive promptly, some may take a little longer due to factors beyond our control.
