- Standard Parcel: Tracking details are provided until your package is delivered to your doorstep or your collection from the post office.
- Express Post: Tracking details are provided until your package is delivered to your doorstep or your collection from the post office.
- Standard Delivery: For label-only orders, your items will be conveniently delivered to your post box without any tracking details.
*Please note: this is a cost effective entry level delivery option for label only orders and sent in a non-tracked letter size envelope. - Trackable Letter: Tracking details are provided until your package is delivered to your doorstep or your collection from the post office.
Delivery within Australia and to New Zealand
For our Australian & New Zealand friends your shipping notification email will provide a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post search portal to track your parcel. This applies to Standard Parcel, Express Post, and Trackable Letter delivery selections.
The Standard Delivery option will be sent via a standard letter service without tracking, so your shipping notification email will not include a tracking link.
Delivery to the rest of the world
For our international friends in the rest of the world (anywhere outside of AUS, NZ, UK or USA) your order will be shipped using Australia Post’s international shipping service directly from our warehouse in Australia. Please reach out to our team if you do not receive a tracking link with your shipping notification email.
