Our Iron-On Clothing Labels are designed to bond firmly to fabric and stay put through regular wear and washing. If they begin to peel off, it's often because the iron wasn’t hot enough during the initial application. We recommend trying again using a higher heat setting and ensuring that steam is turned off (you may need to empty the water from your iron). Hold the iron firmly over the label for at least 10–15 seconds, using steady pressure, and make sure to use the provided transfer paper to protect the label.
You can re-iron the same label multiple times if needed, but be cautious not to overheat it, as this can cause the label to melt or distort.
Additionally, use the flat part of the iron that doesn’t have steam holes, as this ensures more even heat distribution. Ensure the garment is clean and dry before application, and avoid ironing over seams or textured fabric, as uneven surfaces can affect adhesion. Once applied, allow the label to cool completely before handling, and wait 24 hours before washing the item for best results.
