Our production lead time is 2–4 business days to make sure your order is personalised to perfection. You will be sent a shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched! Please be sure to check your junk mail or promotions folder if you do not receive a dispatch email.

Delivery times are 1–14 business days
Depending on your shipping selection, it can take between 1-14 business days from the point of receiving your dispatch confirmation email to it arriving on your doorstep.
Just a quick note to keep in mind: The delivery period for your order is separate from and added to the time it takes to create your items. This begins from the day your order is sent out. Choosing Express Post will speed up the delivery but unfortunately will not affect the time needed to prepare your order. Also please note, when we mention business days, we're referring to Monday through Friday, based on Australian Eastern Standard Time, this doesn't include public holidays or weekends.
