Once an order has been paid for it enters our print queue, it cannot be altered or cancelled without affecting all orders received after yours. We ensure that all orders have to be previewed prior to checking out to avoid disappointing our customers when they cannot be changed.
To help you understand, the production process starts the moment your order is paid for. Each order is placed in a printing queue within a batch. Our automated system is designed this way to ensure each customer's carefully personalised design is secure and prints exactly as it was displayed.
We can cancel your order or specific items if there is a valid reason for cancellation. However, we are unable to process cancellations for change-of-mind requests.
