However, once your order is on it’s way with our shipping partners, we’re unable to reroute it due to logistical constraints beyond our control. But there may be other solutions available.
You can create a MyPost account (or login if you already have one) to update the address any time before the parcel is out for delivery. Please follow the in-portal steps and, if you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to Australia Post directly for assistance.
If you’re unable to update your address because the item is already too far along in transit, the carrier should eventually return it to us. Once this happens, we will notify you that your order was returned to sender and request the correct address.
