If your order is still in the hands of our personalisation team and has not yet been dispatched (shipped) from our warehouse we can make a change to the delivery address. Please notify our friendly team of the change required as soon as possible at info@stuckonyou.com
Sometimes our team may not be able to respond to your enquiry quickly enough, and if your order has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to change the delivery address. However, there may be other solutions available.
You can create a MyPost account (or log in if you already have one) to update your address at any time before the parcel is out for delivery. Just follow the in-portal steps.
For our international customers, we are unable to make an address change once your order has left our warehouse. If you have noticed that your delivery address is incorrect, the next steps will be to contact one of our customer service team members and they will update your details in our system but will need to wait for your parcel to come back as a return to sender parcel to be sent out again.
